Missing Referral

Hi.  I recently signed up two new accounts.  I activated referrals for both numbers before completing my port in process.  I received the email that the referral for one account had gone through but not the second.  Does anyone know of a reason why one referral would go through and not the other?

Did you get an email saying specifically that the referral didn't go through or you just haven't received an email about the second one yet? If you just haven't received anything yet I'd wait a few more days and if you don't get anything in an other week or so then contact Koodo directly by sending them a Private message to their FB page asking them about it.

Thank you both.  I checked the site and it said it was still verifying.  I'll give until the end of the week to see if it changes.  I activated both accounts at the same time so its odd that one went through and not another.
