Why can I no longer see information regarding my mobile phone? I used to be able to click on Mobile Phone from the self serve menu and see this information. Now when I do that it takes me to the service I have on my phone.

Do you mean it doesn't list your phones model and IMEI inofmormation? It could be a host of reasons up to and including if its an unlocked phone or if you recently changed phones etc. If its really a big deal to you, call *611 from your Koodo phone and I guess ask... Not sure what they'll really so to be honest. But it has no effect on your service or anything else for that matter
