Received an e-mail indicating I did not get the most recent bill...I had a bill to be paid on December 6th, which I did...wondering if this is just a mass e-mail or if something funny is going on with my account?
I got an email stating I hadn't received my Nov. Koodo Bill & I wouldn't be charged late payments! I have NO IDEA HOW MUCH MY BILL IS! I would gladly pay it & DO NOT want my service cut for Non-payment; As yet, I haven't received my December Bill either! Would appreciate receiving my bills on time!!
