Missed getting the 10gb plan????

For those of you bitching, whining, and blaming Koodo for your failure to secure the plan......You only have yourselves to blame unfortunately.
Every company was offering the $60/10gb plans for 4-5 days, so you had plenty of time to secure it and have no excuse for not getting it. Grow up and take responsibility for your decisions/actions and learn from your mistakes. We are not married to these cellphone plans/companies. THIS IS A BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP!!! Act accordingly next time........

Exactly Garry, my guess is these are ppl who have big tab amounts owing still so they couldn't go elsewhere because they couldn't afford to pay off their tab and they think bitching and threatening will get them what they want. Many probably didn't even realize you cant hold a tab and get the deal as it was a bring your own device deal in which no tab can be held and once you want a tab you lose that plan.
Basically the plan is only good for ppl that are willing to pay retail for their phones and I'm sure a large portion of the ppl complaining don't even realize that

It's not shaming customers for their loyalty it's being real and Loyalty means nothing to companies it's just a sales trick if they even a acknowledged it. Large Companies don't have some special bond with you your money to them and that is all.

Surprise we don't work for Koodo, we are customers just like you and ppl who act like they're in highschool are the ppl that complain to get what they want infact my 2 and 3 year olds are doing it right now trying get what they want. However as a good parent I don't give them what they want when they complain.
We are being real this is the real world and how it works sorry to burst your bubble.
