Not misleading. Postpaid price is $150. Prepaid price is $200. If you are just buying a phone outright with no intention of activating an account, then you pay the prepaid price.

Right, but if he's not wanting to activate an account, then it's $200, which was the price of buying a Nexus 4 outright.

Given that the Nexus 4 is not offered on prepaid and is only seen in the preowned section, anything prepaid is irrelevant to this post.

Certified pre-owned on the koodo website is $150. You should be able to buy it for that. Which store was it?

It also depends on whether or not the store you went too has any Pre-Owned phones on hand. If not, then your best bet to get the Nexus 4 at that price of $150 would be to order it online.

If the manager is around, you can talk to the Kiosk manager for an explanation.
Bob, sometimes phones are more expensive if they are going to be used on Prepaid, or with the intention of being used with another carrier other than Koodo, and that includes the Certified Pre-Owned phones. The website doesn't show what the prepaid price would be, so it's possible that this is the case, and why they are standing firm at $200. Only a Koodo kiosk would know the Certified-Preowned Prepaid price for sure, since it's not on the website!

Also, Bob, you asked this same question 10 days ago,
http://community.koodomobile.com/kood...

Back then you didn't mention whether you were indeed looking to use it for Prepaid or with a different carrier. I hope you do this time, as that might solve the issue :).

In any case, we are always here to help!
