I went from an IPhone to a S4 (regret it) and my s4 screwed right up and when I went back for an early upgrade they told me iPhone was not the way to go and he convinced me to get the LG G3, he kept going on about this phone and how great it is, and I'm sure it can be but for what I do it's not. No matter who I can complain too they don't help. WHat can I do to make this phone better?

What are the problems you're having exactly? Is it just that you don't like it?

The G3 is a great phone..
And iphone is great, but extremely expensive right now.
You went in to early upgrade, so I'm sure he was just trying to be helpful.

But like Ahmad was getting at, I'm sure we can troubleshoot whatever problems you're having with your current phone! That might avoid the whole situation in general!

That sounds like something that a factory reset would fix.
Have you tried that?
Just head into settings, it should be under secrutiy.

Can you post a screenshot of the popups?
No infection would survive a clean reset.

Where did you do the Factory reset?  It should be in Settings > Backup and Reset>Factory Reset
If you are getting a reference to Gmail. I would access your Gmail account from a PC and change your PW before you setup your phone again.
