Recently I upgraded my phone to the Nexus 5. The process to do so was rather arduous. I was offered a trade in deal from Koodo and when I arrived at the Erin Mills location to trade in, the staff had a great deal of difficulty processing the request. I was told after the fact that I was not given the proper trade in value for the phone. I then went to Dixie mall booth looking for accessories. I mentioned that I was interested in the ear buds, but was concerned that they may not stay in my ears. The lady working assured me this wasn't a problem as I could bring them back and exchange them for another accessory if that was the case. So yesterday, when I returned to the Dixie store to do just that I was informed that there is a NO RETUEN policy on all ear buds. So know I am stuck with brand new ear buds that can't be used by me and a feeling of disappointment from a company that in the past I have been very happy with.
