I am on day 4 of my new billing cycle and my account is not showing the amount of daytime minutes I've used. Is this normal to take this long to show? Also, it never showed my minutes used last cycle (though the cycle was only 5 days long). My text message count is showing, as is my data usage.

I'm on day 1 of my brew bill period, and it seems like it's tracking my usage correctly.

What's it saying when you click check usage?

I copied this from my account:

Time period: Current cycle (4 of 31 days through)
Your next bill starts: January 6, 2013
You haven't used any in this cycle

I know I made a few calls (about 10 or so minutes) last Friday during the day so thought they would have showed by now. Maybe I get free minutes LOL!

Did you just activate your account with Koodo?

Yes, I only activated it about 9 days ago.

That's why. Koodo has a 10 day grace period for new activations that don't use airtime/data to avoid that initial bill from having additional usage.

Oh, ok, I didn't know that. I'll wait a few days and check my usage again. Thanks :)

Yea, it's not something to actively advertise, so you learn it by experience. Your airtime usage should kick in any day now.
