Migrating from Public Mobile promo code

I'm trying to migrate my son over to Koodo from PM but I'm running into two problems:
1) Promo plan $15/mo is not appearing as an option
2) How do I use my credit card to pay for it? It seems like the name on the credit card is supposed to match the name on the account.

1) which promo plan was it? I heard about the $20 promo before but didn't notice this one. Normally you need to enter the promo code when check out, to get the promo plan. The promo plan didn't automatically appear.

2) There are many ways to pay your bill using your credit card (through selfserve, preauthorized payment). if you choose to use preauthorized credit card payment, information is here: https://www.koodomobile.com/help/setting-pre-authorized-payments.

The promo is $15/mo 100 minutes CW talk, unlimited Global text. No data.

So this plan is not showing up when I enter the Promo coffee. Are you saying the plan won't appear until check-out? So I should just add any plan to the cart that appears?

My second problem is that my son doesn't have a credit card, so I need to sign him up under my credit card. Don't know how to do this...

Nope. It just gave me a check mark to say the promo code had been applied (in some way)

Oh, well. Did you happen to give out the code to someone else? they need both the code and cellphone number to be able to get the promo. If you didn't then you need to contact Koodo directly (https://www.facebook.com/Koodo) to figure it out.

No, the promo code was only offered to some (all?) subs on a specific PM prepaid plan. The code on it's own is no good without a phone number attached to that plan, from what I understand.

Yes, but if you entered both into the system and you saw no promo plan then there must be something wrong. Which was why I suggest you contact Koodo directly and ask them to look into it.

@heccubus, you said "Nope. It just gave me a check mark to say the promo code had been applied (in some way)".  Once it did that, did you go back to the menu and look at the plan page?  You should then see the plan in the list.
