Trying to view complete bill online, but can only see first page (1 of 6) what am I missing?
It says for complete break down of charges turn page over, but don't see how to do that

Are you looking at it on your phone? Is it an iphone? On a desktop you just scroll down, but on the phone you have to open the bill in a new window. Hold down on the bill and the phone should ask if you wanted to open it in a new window.

Are in the "billing" section of the Koodo self serve site? Go to ebill and you should see a list of .pdf files for your past bills. When I hold down anu one of them the following appears on my iphone. Choose "open in new page". Or is your ipad not giving you these options?

Hi and thank you for trying to help. This is only my second Koodo bill...and the first ebill only. I just want to check my basic rate and compare to my contracted rate. It is higher than I expected. I am able to open the bill in the way you showed, however only the first page seems to be available. I see where it says the breakdown is on the reverse of page 1 and also this page is the first of 6 pages. I would like to be able to see all 6 pages without searching through all the side options to try to decipher the charges.
