im swapping my samsung s2 ,for my relatives used s3 .
The sim card i currently have isn't a micro sim so it wont fit the s3 but
i have my aunts old micro sim card ,so is there any way to have my current sim cards data transferred onto aunts old micro sim or do i have to get a completely new micro sim?
And If i have to get a new one , is koodo going to charge me to switch my regular sim for a micro sim?

SIM cards are non transferable so no you can't use your aunts if she ever used it.
Koodo charges $20 for new prepaid SIM cards

The difference is you get a $20 credit when you activate it, so it balances out.
