I am sure we have changed my account to direct withdrawel from my bank account not my visa card, can you confirm this please

MD is right! We don’t have access to your private information on a public forum like this one. You can easily check your payment method on your Self-Serve (Overview-Billing-Preauthorized payments).

Please note that it takes one full billing cycle for the new payment method to take effect and that a manual payment may be needed in the meantime.
