Hi!
Every month, I get a message sent to me at 4AM (the latest one was today) telling me I just got a voice mail (which is not true - nothing shows up when I check). How can I cancel that feature? It's annoying. How to contact tech support?

the feature is included with most plans so it cannot be removed. If you have voicemail as a separate feature, you can log into Self Serve and remove that feature.

1-866-995-6636 option 6 for technical support. they can reset the voicemail.

Now I understand: the system is advising me that I have the voicemail feature, not that someone left me a voicemail. Though I wonder why it chooses to do that at 4AM. Anyhow, as long as I know. Tx!

My mother used to get those messages at 3am daily and that was with another provider. Once voicemail was set up, they stopped.
