Message saying waiting for other email to confirm account email has switched

This message keeps coming up when I try to log in: Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address. You're still waiting for permission from the owner of that email address. We'll email you once you're approved."- I have gone through all my messages and have informed everything necessary. What can I do?

Hi Julie,

When you first signed up with Koodo, the email address you gave to the rep would of received a e-mail asking you to set the password for your account. Did you not get the e-mail?
