Message not sent: service not activated on network

I can't send MMS messages; I get error code 225.
I have already tried restarting the phone, changing the APN type to blank, and restoring to default. Cellular data is on, SMS and calls work fine.
I am on the prepaid unlimited messaging plan (text and picture), and my phone is a fully updated Nexus 5X.

Try sending a picture of a smaller size. If that doesnt work or its already a small size than just send a message to Koodo via facebook or twitter. By the sounds of it the picture messaging feature just needs to be reset on your account.

Yeah, it was a very small cropped photo. I'll try Koodo on Twitter, I don't have time to call them right now.

My APN type is "default,mms,supl"

I called Koodo the other day and they reset something on their end, I restarted the phone, and MMS started to work. Unfortunately, MMS has stopped working once again.

That is okay as well. supl is generally covered under default but it only deals with your location so having or not having that shouldn't effect your mms.
Are you getting the same error as before or do you get something new now?

Same error as before, except it turns out that now it's only with one contact instead of all of them. They are also with Koodo.
