A lot of people like the idea of friends with benefits, lol but really why not off koodo customers some perks :) Some carriers get their customers 20% of h&m, 15% dynamite which gets girls attention, and others discounts on places like new york fries for the guys that like to eat. Just a thought, think it would be an incentive for some people and then just another way of koodo showing their appreciation to their customers.

If I want discounts I just use my Student Price Card. It gives me access to far more than any phone company could offer. On food and clothing.

Well, telus had exactly what virgin has now, years ago. I think they clled them perks. I remember my parents getting discount on a bunch of things. They did use the odd one here and there but never thought of as something that would keep them with telus. If they got better service somewhere they couldn't care less about dicount coupons. Telus must have seen the same because I don't think they have them anymore. As always it comes down how many people will care about things like this

Thats a really neat idea! we should have something like Virgin Mobiles Member Benefits.

I know I could really use 20% off West49.
