I am not sure what you would like to do. If you want to check your account balance, you could do it in your selfserve. You could also dial 611 and hit 1 to check your account balance.

@Donald, if you paid at your bank, it'll take 3-5 days to get posted to your account.

You will still to follow the agreement you made with the billing department, if that's what you did. Feels like that it is because not sure why else someone would say just that on a thread here. Youre not really giving any details so it's hard to properly help you.
