Making changes to account results in error

For the past month I've been trying to make changes to my account (drop an add-on from plan) using the self serve. Every time I "submit", an error comes up saying to refresh my page or cancel. I haven't been able to make this change but I do not want to call in because I will get a service fee. Can anyone help?

If its not allowing u online, they will not charge you to call in for help. Just let them know the website is giving you issues.
