Make a payment not working

Hi there

I see this issue being raised a lot and it's also happening to me. My credit card keeps getting rejected with the error message "The transaction didn't go through. Please re-enter your information or try a different payment method.".

I assume this is because of a mismatch against the card holder name however I do not see what Koodo thinks my current card holder name is. Is there any way to update this to be the same as my credit card?

Pls try dialing #123 from your phone and press 3 for payments. If that works it's not your card info. Let us know here!

Yeah, paying by phone worked so it's not the card info.
