If your phone is not from Koodo you might need to program your voicemail number into it.

Inside the phone, go to "Call Setting" or "setting" inside the dialer and Call forwarding. It should automatic populate "forward when busy", "when unanswered" and "when unreachable" to a number. that is your voicemail number copy that number and paste it on your "mailbox #"
I have no trouble accessing my voice mail, however, when I am given the option to 'forward' (at the same time as other options like 'delete', 'skip', etc), I don't know what to do. My phone gets the household messages, so sometimes I'd like to be able to send the message on to spouse or children for them to deal with--how do I know what THEIR mailbox # is?

Hey Dirk/Suzanne,

It's possible to do so. Once you've reviewed the message press 6 to forward it, then you'll be given the option to add an introduction ( a short voice recording if you want) and enter the mailbox # (which is the phone number you want to transfer the message to). Hope this helped :).

If you see a good answer, give it a star.
