Very dissapointed making it harder to talk to live person only makes customers madder than h-ll. People usually want to talk to people when they have a problem. Make you want to hunt for a service provider that has this.
Not sure if I agree 100% Eleanor. Most people nowadays don't even talk when they sit across from one another. :-) they will text, tweet or whatever. We live in a different age now. Koodo has always been cellphone company where you knew a lot of things you would do yourself . Like the banks. Most things are online. I haven't talk to my bank in years. You can actually get help here, although we are just customers like you, we probably know the answer to your question. This is like Tripadvisor for cell phone companies, issues etched. Pretty good forum. You can still talk to koodo although there is a charge for anything that you can do online yourself. Lots of companies do that nowadays.
