I'm not sure about your actual question but don't be too enthusiastic about LTE because it is a huge battery hog. It cuts your phones battery life nearly in half. I have the unlocked international model of the Galaxy Note 2 which is HSPA+ and I get 10-12hrs of continuous non stop use where the LTE version my friend has gets only 5-6hrs of continuous non stop use with everything else set exactly the same. I'd rather get twice the life out of my phone then get a Web page a second or two faster, I don't know about you.
This will become less of a factor in the future as some scientists have created a piece of equipment that will be integrated into LTE towers to cut down on this huge battery drain. It will be awhile before this happens though.
