I had a conversation with a guy named stephen (1953882) and instead of assisting me with my problem he got some weird attitude. Every I ask him something he is like do you wanna cancel your service? At one moment i asked him to transfer the call to the supervisor he replied nobody got higher position then him. I am planning to leave koodo now after almost 3 years.

Me and my friend join koodo at the same time but now He got the $45 plan and they are not giving me the same.

You opened an account 3 days ago Saurabh. You can change to the $45 plan after your first bill cycle. If that is indeed what you want to do.
