lower tier base cost for prepaid base plan than the $15 unlimited text?

I am primarily interested in the data booster.  However, I do not require unlimited text.  Thus I am proposing the introduction of a lower tier option than the $15 unlimited text (currently the lowest monthly base cost possible for prepaid account) - something like $5/100 text.  Then customers can enjoy the benefits of buying non-expiring voice and data boosters, at a more attractive price point per month.

I love this idea! Not everyone needs unlimited messaging. However, since boosters roll-over, Koodo relies on the base plan top-up for revenue every month. I low base plan of $5 is too low, in my opinion. I think a $10 base plan with maybe 1000-1500 texts would be perfect. And then also have the other options, $15 unl messaging, etc.
