lower discount after getting my command canceled

i ordered the galaxy a8 with a 300$ discount but it got canceled for security reasons but now that i fixed that i would like to buy it for real but now its only 150$ discount so is that possible to order it with the 300$ discount because it was when i first ordered it and i have my command number thx for help :)

So, your order didn't get through because of security reason...?
And how did you fix it? Also, what do you mean by command number?

i put bad delivery adress because it was with my grandma card so it got canceled so i will order it with my brother account to have 0 problems and i mean when you command online you have the order number

If so, I don't think you will get $300off when you order through/under your brothers account?
Who got original offer (under who's name)?

Goodevening perhaps go to a kiosk and speak directly to a supervisor...person higher than agent on phone. Explain what happened as you originally were to get 300.00 off ur phone. This may help. Plus koodo always or rather should have a record of the call that first took place. This was both party's can look back on the call log book. Hope this helps.

You would need to contact koodo. I recommend sending them a private message via Facebook or Twitter. If you are lucky they will still give you the $300 discount, but I wouldn't hold your breath
