why was I not billed by the month? Can it be taken out of my visa monthly

What do you mean? Did you sign up for pre-authorized payments? If yes, it may take a full month, so log into your account and see if you owe anything. You may have to pay this time through a bank or on koodo's site.

It should happen automatically and on your first bill if that's the way the store set it. However, it is extra information that they need to enter, so if you and the rep got talking they may have accidentally forgot to set that up.

Best way to find out if just call in or visit your self serve.

Actually it happens on the second bill after you sign up for preauths. The first bil you must manually pay. As stated in the Pre Authrorized Debit Agreement.

PROCESS
Your KOODO MOBILE bill will show the amount and date of each debit once the pre-authorized debit becomes effective. Your next bill will not show a pre-authorized debit and you must pay the amount of the bill through other means to avoid late payment charges. Pre-authorization debits will show on your KOODO MOBILE bill beginning with the billing period after your next bill. Your account may be debited as soon as the bill is produced and you waive pre-notification of the amounts and dates of the withdrawals.
