Lost/Stolen Phone Return Program

It's great that there's now a national blacklist for lost and stolen devices, but there is nothing in place to encourage the return of said devices.

I propose a program where anyone possessing a Koodo customer's device can simply drop off said device at any Koodo kiosk, no questions asked. Koodo could then notify the customer that their device has been returned and arrange for the customer to pick it up.

I'm sure that such a program would help reunite a few owners with their lost property.

yah i totally agree on that they should start that cause if not theres going to be mad people if they dont and koodo will lose customers

Huh? How would this make koodo lose customers? Unfortunately I'm also not convinced that the return rate of found phones would be significant.

I like the idea but Koodo kiosks are far and few between even in a large city like Hamilton and may be so in other regions of the country. To expand on your idea, I think that the retail partners Koodo is associated with should also get involved.
