If you forgot your password to login, click "forgot password" on the "Login to Self Serve" page.

Or call customer service at 1-866-995-6636 or dial *611 from your Koodo phone and tell them you forgot your Pin #. They will ask you multiple questions to verify you as the right account holder. Then they will reset your Pin#. (they can suspend your phone too)

Koodo will also flag the phone & sim card as stolen, so if someones tries to use it, they won't be able to.

Have you forgotten your phone security pin ? So, do you want to change your phone password ? What kind of mobile do you have ? First of all, try default security codes. If the codes are not working, get Master reset code to reset your phone . You can get it from the provider http://www.unlock-free.com/ to break code from your phone . Here, they provides code for old model Nokia and Alcatel phones . After resetting your phone password, you can change new password by using your phone settings .
