Lost my cell phone. How do I cancel my account for now???? Thanks

Remember that suspending the service will still result in your monthly bill coming out.

If you want to completely cancel your phone line, you can call Koodo at 1-866-995-6636. This way you also stop getting billed. You are still however charged up unti the end of your billing cycle. If you choose to come back at a later time, you will need to choose an in-market plan. If you suspend your service, you continue to pay your monthly rate however you can keep your rate plan.
