Ive lost a phone, how can i disable it and stop paying incase its been stolen , and what will the fee be to turn it back on ?

Log into your Self Serve account and suspend it.

There is no fee to turn it back on, but you will need to call in to resume it.

I was on my account but couldnt see where to suspend it , could you tell me exactly how to do that please ?? thanks

I have just suspended it but i see that i still have to pay , dont want to pay incase its lost forever, want to stop payments until i fi nd it then get it turned back on

You cannot stop the billing. You are responsible for the billing as long as the account is active, regardless of activity on the phone. I recommend looking into getting a new one.

Can i not deactivate the account ? For that particulAr phone ? I have four cell phones on my account

You can cancel that line. You are responsible for the negative tab balance if there is one.
