i lost my Samsung GT-S5300 without Sim card. how can i find it?

According to the internet, the model # you gave is the Galaxy Pocket, which Koodo doesn't sell (nor does any Canadian provider, as far as I know)...

You can track it if you installed an app like Find my Droid but if you haven't, you're out of luck. The only thing I can think of is installing it remotely from the Google Play store website but even that's a stretch.

I would report the phone as lost/stolen to Koodo, above all else, first. Then I would mosey on over to a Koodo shop or supporting retailer and inquire your Tab balance and they'll help you out with getting a new device.

If you're going for something cheap, the Galaxy Discover is similar to your old device and it's only $100 to buy outright.
