Lost/stolen phone

I've lost/possibly misplaced my phone outside of my home and I'm trying to suspend my service. I signed on to the self serve website and followed directions and it's telling me I'm not authorized to suspend the service. Koodo is closed, the website isn't letting me suspend the service. What if someone is using the phone and I get charged!?!?! I'm freaking out a little!
