I lost the phone icon on my phone now any calls coming in are going to voice mail can you help me please

Hello Sharlene. 

Did you delete the phone application or disabled it? You can enable it again in the settings of your phone but we need ti know what phone you have.

Oh! No service is another issue that the lost phone icon.... now we have two things to troubleshoot :)

What plan do you have, is it active right now? When you go in self service, do you get any messages?

Click on the all-apps icon on your phone, you should see the "Phone" app in the list that you can drag out to the homescreen again. 

As for your lack of service, you may have to shut down the phone, remove the SIM card then wait a few minutes before putting it back together and trying again.

You could have accidentally held the icon down too long long and slided over to remove. When I was teaching my mom to use the phone I got her she did that sometimes. If you're just learning and going about its surprisingly easy to delete stuff that you don't mean to.
