Hello, I lost my phone last night is there any way I can get ahold of a Koodo repressive about the issue. I would like to shut off my plan until I find it or get a new one. It's a Samsung S3 on a month to month plan ($50) thank you

Sorry to hear Brittany.

You option is to report the phone stolen (you can do this via self serve) but you will still be paying for your plan.

You can put your plan on seasonal hold ($15/month) but you have to switch to an in market plan when you want to use your plan again.
