I cannot find my cell phone for the last two weeks. Can I go and buy another one and have it put on my plan or do you have any specials.....What should I do about my missing phone?

You should suspend the line in self serve so if someone found it they wont be able to rack up a huge cell phone bill.

Then you can either buy a phone outright, or pay off your current tab (if you still have a negative tab) and then purchase a new phone on a tab. If you have a plan that is $30 or more you can get a medium tab. Otherwise you can only get a Tab Small.

Once you get the phone, you can unsuspend the line and change your current plan to your new phone.

If you are at a Koodo kiosk, they may have some certified pre-owned phone at a discount
