To check your usage you can login to self serve, click view usage, then check the calls, messaging and data usage for the days since your phone was lost.

Have you tried using find my phone applications?
Android: https://www.google.ca/android/devicemanager
Apple: https://www.icloud.com/#find

I would recommend reporting it as stolen if someone is using your phone and racking up a bill or if you are worried someone is doing so. If you do this though, you will not be able to use find my phone tools unless the phone is connected to wifi.

Hello Julie,

Depending on the phone you use, most of the contact or appointments are synced, so do you mind telling us the model of the phone?

Switching SIM cards:
  1. Go to koodomobile.com.
  2. Sign into self serve.
  3. Click the link at the bottom of the screen that says change phone.
  4. Make sure your number is displayed in the phone number box at the top right of the page.
  5. Select new sim card in my current phone.
  6. Click start change.
  7. Enter the number of the new sim card and click continue.
  8. Continue through confirmation steps until it says you are done.
  9. Put new sim card in your phone.

Koodo has updated their site to remove the links at the bottom of the page. If you aren't seeing them try this:
3. Click "View rate plan", Click "change" beside Change your phone
