If you didn't have any location based app to recover your phone, you'll need to suspend your service via Sefl Serve so you don't get charged for what the person who stole your phone does.

Help with what exactly?

You need to report the phone as lost or stolen via Self Serve or by calling customer service. Then you'll need a new (or used) phone and a new SIM card.

Please don't necro a two year old thread.

Try Google.com/Android/devicemanager and sign in with your Google account that you use on your phone. You should have the option to make it ring if it's still powered on.

Unfortunately, no. Data and location would have to be enabled in order for Android Device Manager to find or ring your phone. If you think the phone is nearby, you could try sending a text from a friends' phone. The ringer and notification volume levels are controlled separately, so you may hear the text notification sound.
