Lost my phone. Can I get one using the extended warranty or does that only cover damage?

Hi Michael,

From what they have posted on the website, it appears as tho it does not. You can confirm that by reading the paperwork you received from Koodo. Typically extended warranties never cover loss of the device. You can also give Koodo a call using 1 (866) 995-6636.
