Try rebooting the phone, make sure you are all paid up on your invoices, manually try to connect to the US Network roaming partner you had been connected to

Remember, buying any of the Travel Add-ons only nets you a savings on your roaming fees, it does not change anything about the ability of the phone to roam on partner networks (where available).

The plan doesnt guarantee you will have a signal so if you have travelled to a part of the US where Koodo cant get a partner carriers signal, unfortunately youre out of luck.
