I lost my iPhone. It was unlocked and I was with Koodo prepaid. Is there anyway to put the IMEI on the blacklist? I tried find my iPhone and it has been offline. I also called it and it goes straight to voicemail.

Hello. Very sorry for your loss. I'd wait a little before reporting it stolen just in case he makes an error. And it comes back online

If your device is lost or stolen, report it to your service provider immediately. Only wireless service providers can add a device to the Blacklist.

Koodo is now my service provider. I am about to deactivate my account. How do I let them know I want to add the IMEI to the blacklist? Also, I would like to ask whether I will get back my remaining minutes if I get it back and reactivate my account? I am on prepaid.
