I can't access the self serve (I think the person who signed me up made a typo in my email address). after registering, I followed the email I received as confirmation, and then the koodo webpage message shows up as:

Looks like this account has already been linked to another email address.


Please help, I want access to self serve to port my number over

You'll need to contact Koodo directly to get this corrected. I suggest a Private message to their Facebook page or a DM via Twitter over calling *611 on your phone, as call wait time are often long.

Tried facebook message a couple hours ago, still waiting for a reply.
Their toll free number is currently " Out of Service" (Wow!)
Don't wanna mess with twitter for this.
I'll try again tomorrow.. but I need to have it sorted before monday.
