What would you like to know ? The porting process? Questions about prepaid with Koodo?

You'll need a compatible, unlocked phone (or a Koodo phone) and you'll need to purchase a prepaid SIM card in-store (make sure you let them know it's for prepaid).

Do not cancel your Bell account if you wish to keep the same phone number. When you activate the Koodo line, you will have the option to port in your number. Koodo will forward the cancellation to Bell. You'll be responsible for any outstanding balance with Bell if on postpaid. If on prepaid, you'll lose any credits you may have on the account.

Has to be a Koodo store, not a retail partner. The $20 you pay now for the SIM is credited back to your account when you activate. It's preferable to sign up for automatic top-ups: you get a free talk booster credit  and a 10% credit on your monthly top-ups.
