My Nexus 4 has not updated Android 5.0. The release of 5.0, and subsequently 5.0.1, has been out for a while and this has not pushed to my phone yet. Please let me know how I can go about to getting this update to my phone.

If you know how to use fastboot , you can do it right now with stock image from Google (i just did this last night it takes about 30 minutes to flash and probably 20-30 minutes to read up how to use fastboot if you never used it before), otherwise the best you can do is clear data on Google android framework (under setting - app), it sometimes helps

I've been looking to manually update the phone for the past week or so but either the computer doesn't see it or something goes wrong. I have tried to clear the data but that didn't work for me either. It's crazy how some devices are prepping for 5.0.2 and some of us haven't even hit 5.0 yet. Very disappointed with Koodo on this one.

Hey Frank :)

The update was pulled back by Google as there were a few problems that Google is taking care of. Please note that we do not recommend to manually install software updates as we will not be able to troubleshoot any potential issues.

The official update should be back soon, you can periodically check for updates by going to: Settings > About Phone > Check System Updates.

Hope this helps!
