Hi guys,
I am currently using $29 Canada Wide Talk & Text Promo Plan and am living in Newfoundland.
It says I can call any region in Canada without paying long distance charge, which is considered one of the calls in "Anytime Minute".
Also it says after 5 pm I can make a call without paying.
So if I travel around other regions, the 5 pm base is in Newfoundland? Or changes according to the area's time?

Secondly it says up to 200 min I can call without paying more money, but in the self serve it says 0 / 163 min. I wonder why it says 163, rather than 200 min.

Can anybody help me? Thank you very much!

Time is based on your physical location.

It's 163 because of proration. 200 minutes are for a full billing cycle.
