On this page I am sending this message from and almost every day on TV I am told that KOODO has no long distance charges. Can you explain why I was charged for long distance on my February bill.

There's no LD charges if you have a Canada-Wide plan.

I can think of only two scenarios:

1) You have the City Koodo plan (which is not nation wide), or
2) You made an international call, they are not included.

Apart from that, as John said, it is impossible for you to be charged for long distance :)

Did you maybe use more than your anytime minutes during the month for your plan and get charges extra minutes? If you use more than your plan's month anytime minutes, there will be an extra charge for that as well.

If you're on a Canada wide plan all domestic overage minutes are 45 cents per minute.

One other possibility is LD/Roaming is the same heading on your bill. By chance are you close to the US boarder or made a trip outside of Canada?
