Hi there, I bought my phone in Calgary, and I moved to Edmonton 1 month later.
When my friends in Edmonton call me, they have a message that says "long distance charge will be applied." How can I have this fixed?

Change your phone # to a local # for the area your friends are in. You can change your # yourself free of charge through self serve online or call and have customer service change your # which will cost you a small fee for them to do it for you.

Tell your friends to join Koodo and enjoy Canada Wide Calling

If you already have Canada Wide Calling, putting a one in front of the number should remove the message.
