I live in Toronto and have a plan with 300 minutes a month including long distance in Canada. If I am somewhere else in Canada where there is Koodo service, can I make and receive long distance calls up to 300 minutes a month without additional charges?

I you have a Canada-wide plan and if your plan name has "Canada-wide" in it (can be seen on self-serve) then yes you can make and receive long distance calls withiut incurring extra charges

In other words, if you are on a postpaid plan that includes Canada wide long distance, you can call from anywhere in Canada to anywhere in Canada with no extra charges.

You can also receive calls from anywhere in the world using just your standard minutes without incurring any long distance charges while you are physically located in Canada.
