long distance add on not showing up on self serve

I purchased a u.s roaming add on for unlimited texting and minutes and received email and text saying it is activated but is not appearing on self serve, neither is any texts or calls made since entering the u.s why is this and will I be getting charged extra other then the add on cost ? I'm just confused as why it is not on my self serve .

You have two lines with us Lisa. The roaming add-on is on the one ending with numbers 47. Are you sure that's the line you are looking at online?

Yes, I checked both to make sure. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong spot. There is nothing under add ons when I view the plan for that number and the usage has not been updated since the phone has left Canada which I know it has been used. I did call earlier and the person I spoke to said it should be listed in my add ons and that it is active. It was early in the day so I assumed maybe it needed to update or something. I got the 30 days as it will be used in the states for around 22 days, that's why I thought I'd ask here on why I was unable to view anything about it in self serve.

Hmmmm...I definitely see it on the line I mentioned. It expires Sept 27th.  When you click on 'view plan', right under the 'change my plan' button the monthly add-ons are listed. Maybe scroll down further? It should be there. Can you take a screen shot of what you see? Is there anything?

As long as I know it's on there it's fine, just didn't want to end up with a crazy bill at the end of the month

Both of your lines have a $59 plan. I'm still thinking this is the line ending phone number xxx-xxx-xx53 that you maybe looking. Rest assured it's on the line ending 47 Lisa.
