login problem

I can log into my Koodo account on my computer but when I try logging in with the same username and password on the self serve on the phone I get an error message. Do I have to register again on the phone?

You shouldn't have to. What type of phone is it. The iPhone app sometimes has errors that are usually fixed by deleting and re-downloading the app.

Do you have full access when you sign in on the computer or does it bring you to a change email address/link accounts page?
The app has been known to have problems allowing logins by account manager profiles.
