So I see here that people were wondering how they could log OUT of Kodoo and you promised one YEAR ago to ask the "team" to fix it, and I cannot find a log out option on  the home page today. I suggest you FIRE this mysterious "team" and get someone who CAN fix it. Isn't my page and info vulnerable if it stays OPEN forever???????
(and I had to LOG IN AGAIN to post when I was already logged in!)

Yeah so...why are you reviving old threads then if most people don't have time to read through? Services and terms change over time and they don't usually stays relevant. Or 4 different people post with their own issues that are similar but not the same and it becomes difficult to keep up with each person and not confuse one for another. Start a new thread, save time.

My site is not showing the lines is what I was trying to tell you. They are just not there. I did not reopen an old thread. The entire point of a community is to do a search and if someone has encountered something similar there may already be an answer, leaving no reason to start a new one. Common sense, no need for redundancy.

Can you post what you see on your self serve?

On the contrary, what is considered common sense in 99.98% of online forums is to leave old threads alone, even if you feel they are similar or identical. You can read them by all means, but not post. It's quite common to archive or lock out older threads entirely so as to ensure people don't "necro" or revive or post on them after a period of time. Koodo is extremely lenient in this regard.

Hmmm....we had this feature forever Bob. Not sure what may prevent you what other customers are seeing.

Well, Bernard as this may have been true a year ago that is no longer correct with the new format. Self serve loses payments, cuts off your phone. Refuses to adjust late payment fees and compound interest accordingly, and it's fun for you to be condescending over someone not able to find a log out menu option??? Dick

And, yes, the logins for the community and the self serve are completely separate.
Your account information is only vulnerable if you are using a computer or device which others use, such as a public computer.

Even if you never log out the site will not remain logged in forever. It times out after about ten to fifteen minutes.
